Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible candidates hold a 5-year integrated M.Tech degree or a B.E./B.Tech degree.
  • Every branch, except agriculture, food technology, textile engineering, and fashion technology, can participate in hiring.
  • The offer is only valid if all backlogs are resolved.
  • An educational gap of up to three years (10th to graduation) is allowed, provided the student receives 60% or above in the tenth and twelfth grades.
  • 60% or 6.0 CGPA, or the equivalent, depending on your university’s requirements to graduate.

Stages of the Wipro Recruitment Process

Stages are the rounds conducted in the Wipro Hiring process. There are 3 main rounds of the interview process.

Stage 1: Online Assessment Round

Wipro Online Assessment Round The hiring procedure begins with the online evaluation exam. The candidates who advance to the technical interview stages pass this phase. There are three sections on the test:

a. Aptitude

The first step in the Wipro Hiring Process is the aptitude test. There are three sections to this round:

  • Quantitative Aptitude: In this stage, the candidate’s mathematical prowess will be evaluated. The Quantitative Aptitude subject covers Number Series, Time, Speed & Distance, Simple & Compound Interest, Probability, Permutation & Combination, Ratios & Proportions, and Percentages.
  • Logical Reasoning: This section will evaluate the applicant’s critical and logical thinking skills. The following subjects will be covered in the questions in this section: Logical word sequence, statements and inferences, inequality, data sufficiency, data interpretation, series, analogy and visual reasoning, coding, decoding, and arrangement.
  • Verbal Ability: This part will evaluate the candidates’ command of the English language. The questions in this part will centre on the following topics: error-spotting, sentence completion, improvement, and parajumbles.

b. Essay Writing

Applicants are required to prepare a 200โ€“400 word essay on the given subject. It is a computer-based test as well. The essay should be well-structured, has appropriate vocabulary, and is well phrased with proper language, punctuation, and spelling.

c. Coding

The following programming languages are available for candidates to take the coding assessment in: Python, Java, C, C++, and C. A minimum of one programming language of the student’s choosing must be learned in Fundamentals of Programming. In this round, there are typically two or three code questions asked. The subjects of decision-making, looping, functions, arrays, and strings are the ones that need to be mastered. For experienced individuals, the online evaluation phase may be bypassed depending on job profiles and business policies.

Stage 2: Technical Interview Round
