What is The Wipro NLTH Test?
Wiproโs Elite National Talent Hunt (NTH) is the fresherโs hiring program to attract the best engineering graduates nationwide. Wipro enables equal employment opportunities for Indiaโs most deserving engineering talent. Wipro conducts this talent exam annually.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B. Tech (Compulsory degree)/ M.E./M. Tech (5-year integrated course) full-time course recognised by the Central/State Government of India
- All branches of engineering except Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Agriculture and Food technology
- The Wipro CGPA Criteria needs at least 60% or 6.0 CGPA in all semesters as per the university guidelines
- Students who do only full-time courses are considered for writing the exam. If you are doing part-time or correspondence or distance learning education in your degree, 10th or 12th, you are not eligible to take the test.
- Marks in 10th standard: 60% or above
- Marks in 12th standard: 60% or above

- One backlog is allowed at the time of the NTH test for the Wipro Elite exams. Candidates are required to clear the backlog along with the 8th semester.
- Maximum of 3 years of academic gap in education allowed between your 10th to commencement of Graduation. No gaps are allowed during the degree/graduation period. You should complete your graduation within 4 years from the start of the program. If you are doing integrated programs, you should finish it within 5 years.
- Candidates who have participated in any selection process held by Wipro in the last three months are not eligible to take the NTH test.
